How it works

A clear route from enquiry to collection.

No public listing. No seller fee. Just honest details, a direct conversation and an agreed sale when the asset is right for us.

The process

Three stages, explained properly

An initial valuation is based on what you tell us. The clearer the information, the more useful our response can be.

  1. 1

    Request a valuation

Tell us what the asset is, where it is and its honest condition. Add known faults, mileage or hours and collection access.

  2. 2

    Discuss the offer

We review the enquiry and may request photographs, documents or an inspection. Any valuation assumptions are explained.

  3. 3

    Complete the sale

If both sides agree, we verify ownership, confirm secure payment and arrange suitable collection or recovery.

What can change an offer?

A provisional valuation depends on the description being accurate. Undeclared mechanical faults, structural damage, damp, missing equipment, finance or poor collection access may affect whether we can proceed and the price offered.

Documents and ownership

We will need to be satisfied that you own the asset or are legally authorised to sell it. Depending on the asset, this may include identification, purchase paperwork, V5C, CRiS information, serial numbers, company authority and finance checks.

Payment safety

Payment arrangements are agreed before handover. We use traceable payment methods and will never ask a seller to pay an upfront valuation, release or collection fee to receive their purchase payment.
